Kashmiri Kashidakari Embroidery: Kashidakari is the Oldest form of Embroidery From India. Kashida, also known as Kasida, originates from Jammu and Kashmir. In kashida, thick coloured threads and beads were used to create a different pattern. The imprint includes images inspired by nature.
This product will be displayed at the Nehru Centre, London from 20-24 March 2023.
